Sealing systems from RAMPF Advanced Polymers protect luminaires and electrical components from dust, dirt, and liquids.

The reactive resin systems are applied to the luminaire housing, ensuring that the gap between the housing and the diffuser is reliably sealed. For luminaires that need to be reopened, sealing foams are used that are bonded to the component on one side; these are usually applied in a groove. For luminaires that remain permanently closed, special adhesive sealing systems are used that adhere to both sides.

Sealing systems from RAMPF Advanced Polymers are best suited for industrial luminaires, outdoor and damp-proof luminaires, as well as luminaires in hazardous areas. The two-component liquid or thixotropic sealing systems of the RAKU® PUR, RAKU® SIL, and RAKU® SEAL brands ensure efficient and cost-effective mass production.
