As a medium-sized family business, RAMPF is deeply committed to fostering tomorrow's skilled professionals and promoting dual education as a forward-looking career path.
We are therefore very proud that several of our trainees, including Julia, Lorena, and Luca, serve as IHK [Chamber of Commerce] training ambassadors, visiting schools to give young people insights into their training professions.
Training ambassador initiative – good for pupils, trainees, and the region
By explaining what dual education is, sharing their experiences authentically and practically, and answering students' questions, the ambassadors spark interest in both the dual training system and the RAMPF Group as an employer.

For our trainees, sharing their daily work experiences with school classes is an invaluable opportunity. Acting as ambassadors helps them develop essential soft skills, such as effective communication and self-confidence.
