DC-CNC800 – the perfect combination of flexibility and dynamics

Die Misch- und Dosieranlage CN-CNC800 von RAMPF Production Systems ist die ideale Lösung für Anwender, die einen kompakten Maschinenaufbau benötigen und keine Kompromisse in der Steuerungstechnik eingehen möchten.
Die Anlage verfügt über eine integrierte Materialaufbereitung und kann mit Kolben- oder Zahnradpumpen ausgestattet werden. Für die modulare Steuerung stehen eine CNC Siemens-Sinumerik-Steuerung sowie Beckhoff-Steuerungstechnologie zur Verfügung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die integrierte Prozessüberwachung zur Kontrolle von Drücken, Füllständen und Drehzahlen.
High-pressure rinse agent recycling and water-rinsing system
The DC-CNC800 can be optionally equipped with a high-pressure rinse agent recycling and water-rinsing system, numerous other automated equipment components, and the MS-C mixing system for dispensing rates of 0.1 g/sec and higher. Further features: standardized operating concepts for sliding tables, rotary index plates, and conveyor feeds, as well as the integration of vacuum barrel presses for gap fillers.
The compact dispensing cell has been fitted with larger tanks, enabling small containers to be fully filled in a single step. The DC-CNC800 also features easy accessibility for maintenance work on the piston and gear pumps, and controls.
The mixing and dispensing system is also used, amongst others, in the electrical industry, where it ensures exceptional process reliability when applying highly filled heat dissipation materials to electronic assemblies. Visitors to Bondexpo can see this for themselves at the RAMPF booth, where the DC-CNC800 will process a highly conductive casting material.
