Sustainability at RAMPF: Our Commitment to a Green Future

At RAMPF, we are setting new standards in sustainability. Our production processes are not only efficient but also environmentally friendly. By reintegrating production residues back into the cycle, we minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.

We use solar energy and geothermal sources to meet our energy needs and have installed charging stations for electric cars on our premises to promote green mobility. Some of our packaging is designed sustainably to protect the environment.

With these and many other measures, we are demonstrating our commitment to a sustainable future and proactively contributing to environmental protection. Discover how RAMPF is making the world greener through innovative solutions.

Rethinking Chemistry. Sustainable. Worldwide.

Open-Loop Recycling

RAKU® TOOL boards contain up to 30% raw material components from chemical recycling.

Closed-Loop Recycling

Up to 50% of our production residues are recycled using a chemical recycling process developed by RAMPF.

>90 % CO2 Reduction

when using board material compared to aluminum.

RAKU® TOOL MB-0600 1.56 kg CO2e/l vs aluminum >18.6 kg CO2e/l (CO2 footprint according to ISO 14067:2018 - Cradle to gate comparison)

200.000 kW/h Solar Power

is generated annually through a photovoltaic system at the Grafenberg site.

This corresponds to the CO2 emissions of approximately 100 flights from New York to London.

E-Mobility

24 charging points for electric vehicles at the Grafenberg site

Climatizing using geothermal energy

280.000 kW/h electricity from 18 drillings (130 m deep).
This corresponds to the carbon capture of 3,234 tree seedlings that have grown over a period of 10 years.
