Training on the job at RAMPF
Getting to know the processes of all sales relevant departments:
- Customer Service Center
You will get to know customer relations from the point of view of internal sales and will be actively involved in order and complaints processing as well as in receivables management. - Supply Chain Management
You will learn how the costs of our products are made up, how raw materials are procured and how logistics works in a group of companies operating worldwide. - Application technology
You will gain a technical understanding of the machines and equipment used to process our products. - Central Marketing
You will learn how the RAMPF Group and the individual companies present themselves on the market and how to present our products in the best possible way. - Legal department
You will receive a basic legal knowledge of contract law and, together with our lawyers, you will review sales-relevant contracts such as supply contracts and non-disclosure agreements. - Affiliated companies at home and abroad
You get to know the respective markets, products as well as your colleagues and can thus ensure an optimal exchange in the future as well as use cross-selling approaches. - Technical Sales Management
After successfully getting to know the RAMPF Group and all relevant processes and interfaces, you will enter the world of technical sales. With the knowledge you have built up so far, you will look after your first own customers as a Junior Technical Sales Manager. You will be supported by experienced Technical Sales Managers.
